Aurubis, a leading global provider of non-ferrous metals and one of the world’s largest copper recyclers, needed a strategic recruiting partner to support the start-up of its first multimetal recycling facility in the U.S. With projections to add 226 employees in the first 24 months, Aurubis required help with marketing, recruiting, onboarding processes, and hiring to build a workforce from the ground up.

#### **The Results**

###### 2 groups successfully recruited & hired to train in Germany before start-up

#### **HTI's Strategic RPO Model**

Whether you’re starting from the ground up, scaling, or simply struggling to hire the right people, HTI is always ready to partner with you and build the workforce you need.
