When an FDA action halted a major competitor’s operations, The Ritedose Corporation – an industry leader in sterile, single-dose drug manufacturing, packaging and delivery – experienced a sudden surge in demand. Their internal recruitment team was unable to handle the influx alone and needed additional support.

### The Results

HTI partnered with Ritedose to provide dedicated recruiting support, quickly sourcing and hiring 19 skilled maintenance technicians to meet critical production needs – 12 of those within the first 6 months.
