In an effort to boost employee quality, they sough HTI's partnership to mold the current staff into high performers by way of strong leadership and thorough safety implementations.

Our solution

HTI added additional front-end training due to an out of weight bloc. With our on-site leadership team, we reinforced response time, oversaw time stamp notifications and tracked which operator cut the bloc, giving real time feedback and an enhanced accountability system. HTI reinforced safety measures through a strong floor presence and stressing a safety culture from day one. Additionally, we scheduled 'go and sees' at various intervals to follow up on the safety and performance of new hires and recently certified operators.
